Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to India’s major metro cities:
Delhi-NCR, Mumbai (including Navi Mumbai & Thane), Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune and Ahmedabad.
We’re expanding quickly and will be adding more pin codes soon.
Our Shipping Partner
All Buzzinga orders are shipped through our logistics partner Proship.
Once your order leaves our Gurgaon fulfilment centre, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email so you can follow your order in real time.
Order Processing
• All orders are 100% prepaid.
• Orders are processed within 0–1 business day.
• Orders placed before 1 PM IST are usually dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 1 PM are dispatched the next business day.
During national holidays or high demand periods, dispatch may take up to 24 hours longer.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, deliveries to metro cities typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Charges
Packs Ordered Shipping Fee
- 1 Pack ₹40
- 2 Packs ₹30
- 3 Packs or More FREE
Add 3 or more packs to your cart and shipping is on us.
Promotional free-shipping offers may override these charges.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts.
If both attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin – RTO).
If you would like us to ship the order again, the forward and return shipping charges will need to be paid again.
Packaging
Your Buzzinga Chicken Chips are packed in triple-layer corrugated cartons with protective air pillows to keep them fresh and intact during transit.
If the outer carton looks damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and email photos to:
We’ll arrange a replacement.
Return & Replacement Policy
Buzzinga Chicken Chips are fresh, ready-to-eat snacks, so we do not offer monetary refunds.
However, if there is a genuine issue with your order, we will send a free replacement of the same item.
Replacement Window
Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible Reasons
We will replace your order if:
• Wrong flavour, pack size or quantity was delivered
• Packet arrives damaged, punctured or unsealed (photo proof within 24 hours)
• Product delivered past its Best Before date
Not Eligible
We cannot process replacements for:
• Change of mind
• Taste preference
• Minor carton scratches
• Opened or partially consumed packs
How to Request a Replacement
Email contact@buzzingafoods.com with:
• Order ID
• Registered mobile number
• Clear photos of the box, product packet and batch/expiry details
Our team will respond within 48 hours.
If approved, we will ship your replacement via Proship at no cost.
Refund Policy
Buzzinga Foods does not issue refunds in cash, card, wallet or bank transfer form.
