About Buzzinga Foods
Buzzinga Foods creates high-protein chicken chips made from real chicken. Our products are ready-to-eat snacks designed to deliver great taste with real protein.
All orders placed on our website are processed and fulfilled from our Gurgaon fulfilment centre.
Using Our Website
By using this website, you agree that:
• You are at least 18 years old or using the website with a parent/guardian’s permission
• The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete
• You will not misuse the website for fraudulent or illegal activities
Buzzinga Foods reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if misuse or suspicious activity is detected.
Products & Information
We make every effort to ensure that:
• Product descriptions are accurate
• Nutritional information is correct
• Images represent the product clearly
However, slight differences in packaging, design, or appearance may occur as we continue improving our products.
All Buzzinga Chicken Chips should be consumed before the “Best Before” date mentioned on the pack.
Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the number of packs ordered.

Payments
All orders on Buzzinga Foods are 100% prepaid.
We currently accept:

• Select Wallets
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Order Processing
Orders are typically:
• Packed within 0–1 business day
• Dispatched from our Gurgaon warehouse
Orders placed before 1 PM IST are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after that may be dispatched the next business day.
During sales or high demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping & Delivery
All Buzzinga orders are shipped through our logistics partner Proship.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
Metro city deliveries usually arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary due to courier delays or external factors.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery two times.
If both attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin – RTO).
If you would like the order shipped again, the shipping charges may need to be paid again.
Returns & Replacements
Buzzinga Chicken Chips are fresh food products, so we do not offer refunds.
However, we will provide a free replacement in case of:
• Wrong product shipped
• Packet damaged or unsealed during delivery
• Product delivered past its Best Before date
Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

Limitation of Liability
